Though our Terms and Conditions don't permit transfers of account
ownership, we do allow you to update your payee name and address.
In most locations, you will have the option to change your payee name
within your account by following these steps:
- Sign in to your account.
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of any tab, then, from the drop-down list, select Payments.
- In the Profile details section, click edit payee name.
- Review the important notes about payee name changes, accept the
terms, and continue. Enter your desired payee name and save your
changes.
In the same section of your account, you can update your payee address by clicking "edit address".
Additionally, if you have a form of payment that requires a separate
delivery address, you'll need to update this information in your payment
settings. Follow these instructions to
update your delivery name or address.
